Behind the order was a series of films that were designed to communicated the voice of the customer to Chick-fil-A Operators, Team Members, and Staff.

Working in tight collaboration with our amazing Agency partners at LOCAL we assisted with the evaluation and selection of the customers featured on the project, provided the crew and production logistics for the studio and travel shoot days and directed and edited the films to completion.

Working on the project over two years and producing 12 episodes our team enjoyed top level reviews from both our agency partner and the end client. Chick-fil-A Corporate Staff and In-Store Personnel reported positive outcomes from the viewing of the films.
